PERSONAL, FAMILY-TESTED ADVENTURE PLANNING
Let's plan the adventure your family will talk about for years.
You may know roughly where you want to go, but not how to turn that idea into a trip that genuinely works. We help shape practical, personalised self-drive adventures across Southern Africa around your family, vehicle, available time and budget.

A great adventure has to work in the real world.
A route can look perfect on a screen and fall apart after three long driving days, a delayed border crossing and tired children.
We help you think through the journey as it will actually happen: realistic driving distances, worthwhile stops, rest days, fuel, food, border logistics, camp setup, gear priorities and room for the unexpected.
Everything is shaped around the way your family wants to travel, not somebody else’s idea of the perfect itinerary.
Support where you actually need it.

Route and itinerary planning
Turn a list of places into a sensible journey, with realistic driving days, enough time at each destination and space to enjoy the experience.

Camps, stops and experiences
Identify the camps, stopovers, activities and routes that suit your interests, comfort level and preferred way of travelling.

Vehicle, camp and gear review
Work through your existing setup, identify genuine gaps and avoid spending money on equipment you may never need.

Frequently asked questions before we start.
Can you help if we already have an itinerary?
Absolutely. A route review may be all you need. We can identify unrealistic travel days, missing logistics and places where the trip could be improved.
Do we need a fully equipped 4x4?
No. The right vehicle and equipment depend on where you want to travel and how comfortably you want to do it. We work with what you have and advise honestly about genuine gaps.
Do you make accommodation and activity bookings?
Our main role is independent planning and practical guidance. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, you make bookings and payments directly with camps, activities and other suppliers.
What does booking support cost?
Chatting is free. If we can help you book your trip, we’ll agree on a clear scope and fee based on the complexity of your itinerary before any work begins. There are no surprise charges.
Is this only for families?
Family travel is our speciality because it’s what we do the most of, but the same planning support can also help couples and small groups travelling independently through Southern Africa.
Is your advice really free?
Yes. Our experience-based advice and initial help through WhatsApp are completely free. If you later ask us to arrange bookings, supply products or provide a separate paid service, we will explain any costs clearly before you commit.
READY WHEN YOU ARE
